The LEKTRO AP8600A-M tows up to 28,000 pound (12,700 kg) aircraft.
It is ideal for small and medium aircraft such as the C-12 Super King Air, UV18 Twin Otter or the C-26 Metroliner. The AP8600M provides the maneuverability necessary of our larger tugs with the added advantage of a built in ground power unit for starting or hangar operation of electronics.
Standard Equipment includes:
- Limited slip differential to improve traction on slick ramps or hangar floors.
- Linex protective coating to reduce corrosion; protect internal compartments and exterior high usage areas.
- Polyfoam filled tires to eliminate flats while maintaining pneumatic advantages.
