The added 36 inch extension of the AP8750C-ALM adds the capability to maneuver around the stabilator of the Blackhawk while towing as well as providing more clearance between the operator and aircraft nose on aircraft such as the A-10 or Eurofighter. The towing capabilities of the smaller Lektro tugs are maintained. The built in stepladder allows access to over wing or higher parts of the aircraft saving extra trips to the hangar.
Standard Equipment includes:
- Limited slip differential to improve traction on slick ramps or hangar floors.

- Linex protective coating to reduce corrosion; protect internal compartments and exterior high usage areas.
- Polyfoam filled tires to eliminate flats while maintaining pneumatic advantages.
